Charles Demuth Bermuda Landscape No. 1 Fine Art Print

Charles Demuth was a leading artist during the American Modernism era, studying art at Académie Julian in Paris, where he was influenced by Cubism. In his Bermuda watercolors, Demuth applied cubist techniques to architectural landscapes using delicate color washes.

Bermuda Landscape No. 1, painted in 1917, was originally done in watercolor and graphite on wove paper. Our reproduction is printed on the finest watercolor rag paper, using archival pigment inks. The soft pastel hues meld beautifully with minimalist and Japandi interiors, alone or in a collection.
